About Me.

I’m a polymer scientist with over a decade of experience designing, formulating, and translating polymer-based technologies into real-world applications. Trained in Prof. Jonathan K. Pokorski’s lab at UC San Diego, I developed polymer–protein blends for sustained-release systems and collaborated with Prof. Nanjia Zhou in China to create 3D-printable conductive polymers, resulting in a peer-reviewed publication and a patent. After earning my Ph.D., I joined SanaHeal as the third employee, leading the development of a bioadhesive platform from an academic concept to a scalable technology. I assisted in the patent filling process and is a co-inventor of three related patent applications. My passion is applying my knowledge to bridge science and design, turning innovative ideas and technology into meaningful products that improve health and everyday life.

Outside the lab, I find inspiration in travel, pottery, painting, and cooking — creative practices that mirror my curiosity and love for making things by hand. 🧡
